Michel Reybier에 의해 오랫동안 운영되어 온 호텔 Eden au Lac는 La Réserve 그룹을 만나 새롭게 태어날 수 있었다. 취리히의 새 5성급 호텔은 크리에이터인 Philippe Starck이 늘 꿈꿔오던 상상 속의 요트 클럽을 훌륭히 재현해낸 것이다. 이 호텔에 관해 가장 특이한 점을 꼽자면 아마 입지일 것이다. 도시와 호숫가 사이에 자리를 잡은 호텔은 취리히의 다양한 면모를 보여준다. 40여 개의 객실, 두 개의 바, 레스토랑이 주는 편안함과 호수의 잔잔함, 도시의 북적거림이 뒤섞여 이곳만이 줄 수 있는 독특한 경험을 안긴다. La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich는 가족, 친구들, 연인과 함께 즐길 수 있는 장엄하면서도 세련된 디자인을 갖췄다.

Unique and elegant, the legendary hotel is reborn, after several months of an ambitious undertaking nurtured by the creativity of Philippe Starck and La Reserve’s vision of excellence. La Reserve Eden au Lac Zurich is a majestic building standing proud, serene, solid and calm like the wonderful days that have passed since it first opened on the lakeshore 100 years ago. Times are changing and Philippe Starck has come along with a subtly artistic and rebellious touch. Under the impetus of La Reserve and the vision of excellence upheld by its owner Michel Reybier, the Eden au Lac hotel is reinventing itself as La Reserve Eden au Lac Zurich. A new 5-star establishment in Zurich, the hotel has been completely redesigned to provide an elegant and timeless experience in the heart of an imaginary yacht club dreamed up by creator Philippe Starck.

Perched on the sixth floor and accessible directly via the glass elevator in the lobby, La Muña overlooks the city from its tree-lined roof terrace. La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich’s second restaurant is a treasure chest, mingling imaginary memories of moments spent on the lake with extraordinary objects found in the city and around the world. La Muña offers a unique 360° view of the historic center, with the lake and the Alps in the distance.

LA MUÑA 로비의 엘리베이터를 통해 6층까지 향하면, 나무들이 늘어선 테라스에서 도시의 풍경을 만끽할 수 있는 레스토랑 La Muña가 펼쳐진다. 이 레스토랑에서 고객들은 호수의 아름다움을 일깨워주는 오브제들과 취리히에 온 것임을 다시금 느끼게 해주는 소품들을 발견할 수 있다. 이곳은 멀리 보이는 알프스의 풍경과 역사센터의 360도 뷰가 제공한다.

EDEN KITCHEN & BAR 1층에 위치한 Eden Kitchen & Bar는 만 가까이 활짝 열린 창가가 매력적인 곳이다. 취리히에서 누군가를 만나야겠다면 이곳은 어떨지 가장 먼저 검토해 봄직하다. 천연 가죽 소파 위에 앉아 상쾌한 바람을 즐기고 있노라면 은은한 불빛이 탁자를 감싸는 게 느껴진다. 옅은 색의 바닥, 붉은 나무, 보트 등은 따뜻하고 편안한 분위기를 조성한다.
On the ground floor, with its large bay windows opening onto the outside, Eden Kitchen & Bar promises to be an essential meeting point in Zurich. Lights gently plays on the natural leather sofas and convivial tables. Light-colored floors, red wood and boat oars and hulls are just some of the design cues that create a warm and relaxed atmosphere and serve as reminders of the hotel’s attachment to the lake.

Facing south, these rooms have a private balcony from where you can see people strolling along the lakeside promenade, the green of the plane trees in summer, the white sails of the boats, the Alps in the distance. And why not take advantage of this magical view from the bed, judiciously placed in the center of the room.

PRESTIGE BALCONY ROOM 남쪽을 향한 Prestige Balcony Room에서 바깥을 내려다보고 있노라면, 사람들이 호숫가를 산책하는 것, 상공을 가르는 비행기, 푸르른 나무들, 알프스의 산맥이 반겨준다. 침상에서 만나는 경치는 다른 곳에서 볼 수 없는 기분을 만끽하게 한다.

On the third floor, the two Eden Suites occupy the south-east and south-west wings. With five openings to the outside, including four charming ironwork balconies, they are bathed in light at all hours of the day. The vast lounge area overlooks the lake on the south side and allows you to admire the boats and the Alps in the distance.

EDEN SUITE 3층에는 두 EDEN SUITE가 남동쪽과 남서쪽의 날개를 차지하고 있다. 네 개의 각기 다른 매력을 지닌 발코니를 포함, 바깥쪽으로 다섯개의 창문이 있어 하루 종일 따뜻한 햇살을 느낄 수 있다. 넓은 라운지는 남쪽의 호수와 알프스 산맥을 감상하게 한다.

LAKE VIEW ROOM 객실 대부분은 건물 중앙에 위치한다. 이곳에서라면 아름다운 호수를 눈 바로 앞에 둘 수 있다. Lake View Room의 일부는 5층에 위치하는데, 독특한 점은 웅장함을 자랑하는 객실들이 맨사드 지붕(Mansard Roof)의 일부라는 것이다. 목공예, 금속공예, 직물, 순수하고도 미니멀한 라인. 이 객실에 붙일 수 있는 많은 이름들처럼, 인테리어는 현대적 디자인과 결합, 대서양을 횡단하는 배들처럼 멋지게 다가온다.
Most of these rooms are located in the center of the building, with a direct view of the lake. Some of them nestle on the fifth floor and have the chance to be mansard-roofed, with a magnificent set of interior volumes. Woodwork, shiny metal, soft fabrics, pure and minimalist lines. The interior design recalls the luxury of transatlantic ships, combined with a spirit of contemporary design.

LAKE VIEW SUITE 독특한 디자인의 코너 스위트는 5층에 위치한다. 남쪽은 고풍스러운 철제 난간이 달린 프라이빗 발코니가 자리했고, 휘어진 창문으로 넓은 실내 공간을 부각해 거부할 수 없는 시적 감각을 선사한다.
This unique magnificent corner suite dominates the surroundings from the fifth floor. On the south side, it has several private balconies with antique wrought iron railings. The interior design highlights the large attic spaces with curved windows that give it an irresistible touch of poetry.
